The milk, which we collect ourselves from the Çal Baklan region with our own vehicles, is processed daily at our facility.

Our milk processing plant located in Baklan processes many different products, primarily including Izmir Tulum Cheese, Classic White Cheese, Strained Yogurt, Fresh White Cheese, and Butter.
