In the Çal–Baklan region, we collect fresh milk in the early hours of the morning using our own vehicles. Without any delay, it is transported directly to our facility and processed daily to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

At our milk processing facility in Baklan, we produce a wide range of dairy products—including İzmir Tulum Cheese, classic white cheese, strained yogurt, fresh white cheese, and butter—using completely natural methods and no additives.
